Mid-Woofer
The 6.5-in mid-woofer features a coated paper cone that provides warm tonal characteristics with added environmental element resistance for the mobile environment. The surround is made of a lightweight rubber compound that adds durability without sacrificing any sound. For the frame, we used a sexy low resonance cast aluminum frame. For reduced inductance, extended high-frequency roll off , and increased efficiency the voice coils feature a double slit former and the motor utilizes a copper pole cap . The soft parts are driven with a high flux 17 Oz ferrite magnet motor.Tweeter
The 25-mm silk dome tweeter features a vented back for a wider/smoother frequency response.Crossover

As current flows through the voice coil, it generates its own magnetic field which interacts, or modulates the motors permanent magnet field. A shorting ring cancels these magnetic field changes and lowers inductance, extending the frequency range and reducing harmonic distortion.Aluminum – Double Slit Voice Coil Former
The aluminum former material acts as a heat sink, lowering the voice coil temperature. The double slits in the former break up and reduce magnetic eddy currents generated by the moving coil. The D Class 5×7 Component set consists of high tech, high fidelity drivers designed for the listener wanting to go well beyond the standard factory upgrade.
Woofer:
Our focus on sound quality starts with precision motor assemblies. The machined magnet gaps driven with high energy strontium magnets provide strong output from a compact design. We incorporated distortion reducing copper shorting rings for flux modulation and inductance control. The aluminum mid woofer cones achieve wide bandwidth and efficient energy transfer to the air. The compressed rubber surrounds are durable and have been optimized for light weight to increase sensitivity.

The tweeter side of the D Class component sets is our T2a 25mm ultra-light diaphragm tweeter. This new diaphragm is less than 0.003 of an inch thick; that’s almost nothing of a mm. This proprietary fabric is so thin it’s virtually see through, well, actually it is see through. The ultra-light dome is coupled to a low-distortion, neo motor with flush/surface mounting hardware and metal grill options.
Crossover:
The 2-way crossover features low distortion coils and metalized polypropylene caps that pass the source without degradation. The D Class components are purposefully built, enthusiast quality sets — everything yo u need for great sound and nothing you don’t.

The 600 Series is a great entry point for a higher performance system design that keeps the vehicle as close to stock as possible. The 600 Series will perform like a boss on as little as 300-600 Watts rms, meaning even multiple woofer systems can be driven with one moderate powered amplifier. The M1 is one of our most popular amps of all time, and it is now entering its 5th generation. The M1d is the perfect amp for a myriad of applications, delivering over 1200 Watts of true RMS power at 12 Volts, 1700 Watts continuous at 14.4 Volts, and over 2500 Watts dynamic power. The compact layout uses our LV type twin power supply, which keeps the chassis small and the power big while allowing for a plethora of mounting options. 0 Gauge power connections and through bolted RCAs provided high-end features at an affordable price.
For installation ease, and upgradeability the M1d features Strap and Link mode. When using one of these modes you’re able to use multiple M1d in an install and control the Strapped or Linked amplifiers level settings from the main. You’ll also be able to use a single remote gain to control all strapped and linked amps.
The M1d also comes with the VM-RMT remote control. The VM-RMT is a mini amplifier diagnostic center that’s able to mount within arms reach for real-time performance monitoring and adjustments. Description
The M4b is the 3rd generation of our very popular M4 amp. the M4 amps have garnished a reputation worldwide for producing amazingly high, yet extremely stable, output levels form a relatively small chassis . Since the original M4 was introduced we vastly improved upon the power supply’s current capability and efficiency, and added an extra 1,000 watts of output capability. Just like the original M4 this 3rd generation is designed to be the best amp for hard street use on the market. The M4b is able to generate and maintain clean power levels in excess of 5000 watts from a real-world charging system.
This amp also features dual OAWG power and ground inputs since it take power to make power. The through bolted RCAs also add durability to this design.
